Alumni Connections 2019

Throughout the 2018-2019 school year, our team was excited to reconnect with alumni in England, Mexico, South Korea, Thailand and Canada. We sincerely enjoyed learning about the paths blazed by former students and staff of Queen Margaret’s School.

Our alumni in Seoul, South Korea know how to get together and party for a reunion!

During QMS mascot Al’s world travels, he had the chance to meet with Lauren McLeod (2017-2018) in London, England and Ploy Thongdanthai (‘10) in Bangkok, Thailand.

Alumni in the Lower Mainland were welcomed to the private residence of renowned Canadian artist Susanna Blunt (’58) for an intimate gathering in October 2018. Guests enjoyed refreshments and memories as they toured Susanna’s inspiring working art studio in North Vancouver.

Mariana Gutierrez Sansano Ortiz (2001-2002) and her family dropped by QMS to say hello during a short visit to the Island. Mariana is currently living in Kitsilano while she studies for her Master’s Degree.
